Applications for a Tenancy

Once we have found you a property we will ask you to secure it by paying a holding fee in cleared funds. For this payment we are able to accept credit cards, debit cards, cash or bankers draft. Once this payment is taken we will supply you with an application form to fill out. Each prospective tenant should provide us with the following documents to support their application:
  • A full and complete application form
  • Photographic ID
  • Two references (listed in order of preference and depending on circumstance); A previous landlords reference, an employers reference and a character reference
  • Three months bank statements
  • Three months wage slips
