


- Find you a suitable tenant
- Carry out both referencing and credit checks on all named tenants
- Prepare all legal documentation (includes assured shorthold tenancy agreement and relevant notices)
- Ensure matters proceed smoothly towards the moving in date
- Collect the rent each month
- Provide a detailed written and DVD inventory which complies with the new legislation introduced in April 2007 (charged separately)
- Advise regarding and protect the tenants deposit in accordance with the Housing Act of 2004
- Regularly inspect the property
- Deal with property maintenance problems
