Once your property has been let you will be assigned a dedicated property manager. Our property managers pride themselves on organisation and efficiency when dealing with maintenance problems and will strive to ensure your property is maintained to the highest standards.

Due to our extensive local knowledge and experience we maintain a comprehensive list of tried and tested contractors whom we can instruct on your behalf, or alternatively, you may prefer to specify a contractor already known to you.

We have a specially trained property inspector who will carry out regular inspections every three months to ensure the tenancy agreement is being adhered to and your investment is in safe hands.
